The Australian Open's official YouTube channel has been featuring a live match tracking option on selected games, in which real players are replaced with animated ones. The matches take place on a virtual court and feature real, human-voice commentary.
The cartoon-style output is brought to viewers courtesy of AO Animated using Hawk-Eye tracking data and 3D avatars. The main ambition being to target younger audiences.

Hats off to The Bundesliga which has become the first European football league to debut on Roblox.
Fans can experience five Roblox games, including a ‘obbie (ie an obstacle course) and a free-kick simulator as well as UGC and partner activations. Current league partners, Topps and ESPN, will support the league in bringing a “Bundesliga Clubhouse” to life.
